3:00-3:30 PM: Meet at the Cancun Airport for private transport to our Tulum Villa. Tulum is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Cancun. During our journey together we will introduce each other and set our intentions for our time together. You will be invited to choose an oracle card to receive your first message from Mexico. A grounding and uplifting essential oil blend for rejuvenation through travel will also be shared. Simple drinks and snacks will be provided as we make our way to Tulum. You will also be greeted with a "Yoga With Shawna swag bag" as a welcome gift with some spiritual essentials
*Special note: if you'd like to fly in earlier or later and get to Tulum on your own time, and meet at the villa through your own transportation you absolutely can. You would have to pay for your own transportation and can check in at the villa's after 6:00 PM. We can help arrange a shuttle if you would like! Transport from Cancun is included in the price of the retreat only if you leave at the set times provided in the itinerary.
When we get to our villa, you will have free time to explore the property and get settled in your room before dinner.
7:30 PM: Dinner at the villa
8:30 PM: Gentle + Restorative Yoga + Meditation: A peaceful practice to de-stress the body after travel and relax the mind and body for a restful sleep.
After class, plunge in one of our saltwater, chakra balancing heated sunken pools, enjoy the night views by the firepit on the rooftop terrace or rest easy in your room.

10:30 AM: Breakfast on the rooftop: Enjoy the views from above as we enjoy a fullfiling morning breakfast cooked by our private chef.
FREE TIME UNTIL 7:30 PM: Today is your day to explore. We can help you set up excursions, a private or couples massage, your included private Reiki Session or you can enjoy our lux villa, pools or the beach. The day is yours!

8:30 PM: Mocktail Party + Tarot:
Saturday, Oct 28
7:00 AM Access to coffee, coffee substitutes and various teas and fresh fruit will be provided.
8:30 AM: Beach Yoga + Bike Ride:
We will take our bikes for a ten minute ride to the beach to do yoga! We will stretch and breath as we enjoy the sparkling Caribbean and fresh salt air. Free time for journaling (a prompt will be provided), swimming or and enjoying the sand under your feet will be provided before we bike back for breakfast.

8:30 PM: Aromatherapy Meditation: Experience a "plant bath" with various essential oils to balance you out and relax you for the night.

8:00 AM: Yin Yoga on the rootop: As we say goodbye to paradise, we will engage in a deeply restorative style of yoga that helps us sit still and present, truly being grateful for the moment we have. This style of yoga is also perfect for travel as it prepares the body for times when we are stuck sitting for long periods.
9:15 AM: Light Breakfast
10:30 AM: Shuttles leave to go to the airport.
We will swim in a healing cenote.Naturally formed sinkholes pockmarking the limestone turf of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, cenotes are among the world’s most unique natural phenomenon. Used as a water source by the Incas and revered as sacred "portals to the underworld," thousands of cenotes of all shapes and sizes can be found around Cancun and the Yucatan region, forming a vast network of underground lakes, caves and caverns begging to be explored
