108 AUMS FOR WORLD PEACE

We will sit together, open our hearts and AUM for peace, 108 times, an auspicious number connecting us all. Aum is the sound of the universe: it is said to encompass all things and when you chant it, it is said to harmonize you wherever you are off and help connect you to all things. 108 is a sacred number and it is believed when you chant 108 times you are tapping into infinite energy. When we come together, we shift the vibration, so from my computer to yours, let’s tap into the sound of ALL by AUM for healing. This experience is deeply moving.
 

YOGA FOR BALANCE

In this special class, we focus on various balancing poses for what we do on the mat teaches us how to live off the mat, so we will work on feeling grounded, safe, and balanced in our mind and body so that follows us in our daily life! This is an all-level class that is beginner friendly!
 

BEING THE WARRIOR

This 30 minute special workshop will explain the sacred symbolism of the Warrior Poses, teach you how to properly do all of the warrior poses and then walk you through a symbolic and empowering 5 minute sequence you can do every day to feel powerful as a peaceful warrior fighting the good fight in your life! 
This quick workshop will help you take your practice deeper and teach you something new while empowering you!

 

YIN YOGA WITH JOKES

For this 50 minute class, bring your yoga mat and your favorite joke because we are releasing and laughing together! We will hold poses together for 5 minutes (no joke!) and then take turns sharing our favorite jokes! Laughter is the best medicine and boosts the immune system! 
 

GRATITUDE SHOWER

Bring a notebook and pen and we will write down all the things we are grateful for and then talk about them showering each other putting out beautiful vibes of gratitude and peace! This is a 30 minute special class on happiness just enjoying one another! 
 

A WORKSHOP ON FEELING LIGHTNESS IN MIND + BODY

Bring post-its (or paper and tape!) and a pencil or pen and your worries and some trust! In this 30 minute workshop, we are not stretching or meditating but rather doing an exercise to help you clear your mind and release your worries so you can feel light in your body and mind. Led by Shawna
