7:00 AM: Access to coffee, tea, and fresh tropical fruit. 

10:00 AM: Brunch by the beach: Take your time waking up to healthy, yummy, and delicious  brunch


11:00 AM-2:00 PM: Optional Reiki Training or free time 

(Yoga With Shawna's Level 1 certifications are about  $800-$1200. They are highly accredited, 5 star rated + part of a board certified program by  both the  

 The American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners (AANWP) and the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners). She will be offering Level 1 certification on this retreat for over 50% for only $500 for the Level 1 Certification. 

5:00: Sunset Meditation on the beach: 30 minute meditation on the beach to inspire the mind


5:30:  Beachside Yoga: A healing class to rejuvenate the body + soul


6:30 PM: Tropical Dinner  


Friday, Dec 8

6:00 AM: Access to coffee, coffee substitute, teas, and fresh fruit


6:30 AM: Sunrise Yoga: Feel the early island vibes in this inspiring and invigorating yoga class during sunrise. 

8:30 AM: Breakfast: Enjoy a tropical, healthy and yummy breakfast together. 

9:30-12:30 PM: Reiki Training

12:30: Lunch at the villa  


Enjoy the rest of the day + night for yourself in any way you please. You can stay at our amazing property and hang in the pool, the  beach, practice giving or receive Reiki (for those getting certified will have to give Reiki so you can be the recipient of free, awesome Reiki! You can explore the island on your own or check out  our recommendations:

  • Get a massage at the house: $150 for 60 minutes, $265 for couples massage 60 minutes

  • visit Pink Sand Beach 

  • visit Golden Beach

  • visit Cabbage Beach 

  • swim with Dolphin on Blue Lagoon Island

  • Lucayan National Park

  • shop at Port Lucaya Marketplace or the Nassau Straw Market 

  • have a coconut at Tikini Bikini Hut 

  • See the flamingos at Ardastra Gardens

  • visit the Priates of Nassau Museum

  •  Climb the Queen's Staircase

  • Get rum cake 

  • See the waterfalls at the Garden of the Groves

  • Swim with sharks or sting rays

  • visit Elbow Reef Lighthouse

..and the list goes on!


This is an easy, breezy island vibe retreat focusing on relaxing, taking it slow, providing yoga, meditation + reiki and lots of free time to catch up on reading, the sunshine, sleep, swim in the pool or ocean,  connect with each other + explore the 21 mile island + all the sunshine it has to offer. 


For those who'd like to do more, there is an opportunity to be certified in  Reiki Levels 1 + 2 on the retreat. 

 Tuesday, December 5

3:30 PM: Check in + welcome tropical mocktail on our Tiki Bar

Get settled, explore the property + unpack. 


5:00-6:00 PM: Sunset Beachside Yoga: as we enjoy our first tropical sunset together, you will be guided in a yoga practice that restores the body and mind after travel 

6:30 PM: Tropical Dinner: get to know each other + enjoy a delicious group meal together. 

8:00 PM: Reiki Healing: Hear the ocean's waves in the background as you receive a personalized Reiki session to balance your energy after travel + start the retreat off leaving your troubles + stagnate energy behind. The Reiki session will be done in a group but the healing will be individual. 


Thursdy, Dec 7

7:00 AM Access to coffee, coffee substitutes and various teas and fresh fruit will be provided.


8:00 AM: Yoga + Breathwork: Join for an invigorating and inspiring practice that leaves you focused and balanced.

9:30: Breakfast 

12:00- Lunch: A yummy lunch  together prepared by our private chef 


1:00-6:00 PM: Excursion to Rose Island to Swim with Pigs + Snorkel


 We will take a speedboat to a reef for some snorkeling + then head to Rose Island to swim with the pigs and relax at private beach there on Rose Island.  Light snacks will be provided + there is a restaurant to buy meals if you get hungry or thirsty. 

We will return from Pig Island around 6:00 PM. Then you will have free time / explore the town for dinner or however you'd like to spend the night!


Saturday, Dec. 9

7:00 AM: Access to teas, coffee substitutes,  coffee + fresh fruits


9:00 AM: Yin Yoga: Enjoy a great morning practice to prepare for the travel day ahead

10:00 AM:  Goodbye Tiki Brunch Party: Wear your straw hats + beach print clothing for our last healthy beach party together.  Enjoy tropical smoothies + brunch together out on the sand.
