Pine (Scotch)

Pinus sylvestris (Canada) Facilitates and helps with respiratory issues, such as the flu, common cold, bronchitis, etc.   Anti-viral, anti-bacterial.  Can heal cuts and scratches, and helps with adrenal depletion.  While all conifers are grounding, Scotch Pine is particularly effective at easing feelings of over-whelm and stress.
