Tagetes bipinata (Madagascar), more commonly known as Marigolds, is abundant in many gardens: she is the smile of love and clarity bringing emotional balance. If she was a person, she'd be your beautiful friend who you'd encourage to have babies so there were more of her in this world!! This is because she is so loving, stabilizing, and calm. She holds control over her emotions and will teach you to do the same.
She is perfect for people who let their emotions get the best of them and need to learn how to control their feelings: she teaches not to repress and not to be negative or hurtful to the self or others with the negative emotion. She shows how to have emotional intelligence and practice healthy emotional care, so in this way, she is great for the “moody.”
Physically, she facilitates and helps with the healing of skin diseases; She is anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory and aids with colds, candida, respiratory infections mycosis and muscular aches and pains. She is a blood pressure balance. She also calms the stomach.
Emotionally & spiritually, applied to the 3rd Eye, she gives us a “laser-like” view of situations or people. She is here to bring clarity and teach control over our emotions. She is great for people who are overly emotional, don't trust themselves, or can't feel their intuition. Ever get a funny feeling about a person or meet someone new and not sure what to think? She will help you if you don’t know the difference between your intuition warning you something is bad or fear tricking you judging people or pushing people good for you out of your life. Get what I’m saying?
If you totally relate/understand this, then you should have Marigolds as one of your plant teachers, for sure.
