COURSE OBJECTIVE

Learn all about energy, the Chakra system and how to read, understand and heal your energy body in this Level 1 Certification course focused on self-healing.
PREREQUISITES: We are all energy so anyone and anything who is made of energy is invited to take this course. This is the first of a 4 series of certification courses in Reiki and energy medicine. There is no prerequisite.
ABOUT THIS COURSE: Everything is energy, yet most of us neglect our energy body. The energy body works like a magnet and is responsible for what we attract in our lives. The Reiki & Energy Medicine Level 1 Certification course introduces you to your energy body and does that by allowing you and your healing to be the focus in this class: it is time for you to be “selfish” (which is selfless) as this course is all about self love and self healing teaching you how to release negative energies around and within in you so you can attract the life you want. In this course you will understand how to see yourself as an energetic being and then understand how to identify, connect with and balance this energy. This course provides an in-depth study of the chakra system offering tools for balancing your energies in an easy and accessible way while explaining Reiki's history and lineage in a detailed and comprehensive way. You will graduate this course with not only only a certification as a Reiki & Energy Medicine Level 1 Practitioner, who can efficiently use Reiki & Energy Medicine for your own self-healing, but also with a deeper understanding for yourself (and why things happen in your life) which will inspire a daily practice of energy balance. This class is all about self love and will teach you how to give Reiki to yourself and things (not people) in your life.
COURSE DETAILS
The course is offered Live Via Zoom with access to the class recordings for up to one year. The training is deeply comprehensive and interactive with the focal point of your own growth and development through the use of energy work. This course lays the ground work for the rest of the series of classes in the Reiki Certification including Reiki Level 2 (a 6 hour course where you learn to give Reiki to others), Reiki Level 3 (an 8 month mastership program to refine and expand your skills in Reiki and energy work) + Reiki Level 4 (Learn how to create your own certification program and teach and certify others). All of these courses will be offered in 2021 online.
CURRICULUM
ENERGY + PENDULUM USE
Includes dissection of the scientific and spiritual
component of what Energy is and then shows ways to tangible measure energy using a pendulum and dosing strategies.
THE CHAKRA SYSTEM
Includes a deep understanding on the 7 chakras and ways to use mantra, color, food, plant medicine, aromatherapy, and crystals for chakra balancing.
REIKI'S HISTORY + LINEAGE
Includes an in-depth account of when and how Reiki started, how it was created and who is responsible for passing the knowledge down from Reiki Master to your current Reiki Master from Japan to the USA.
REIKI AFFIRMATIONS
Presents the 5 Reiki Principles responsible for bringing balance to your energy body.
REIKI SYMBOLS
Presents the 3 symbols as channeled from Dr. Ususi. Shows how to draw them and use their names for self healing.
GIVING YOURSELF REIKI
Includes understanding the different (and limitless) ways to give yourself Reiki for self healing and energy balance.
ATTUNEMENT CEREMONY
In this traditional ceremony, you will be united with Reiki and the power o Reiki within your hands will be "turned on."
