Bergamot Mint

Bergamot Mint  is a natural mint plant where the medicine is made from the leaves. It is a calming oil that reduces stress with its unique minty yet cirtusy smell. It   is not as sedating as other calming oils which makes it a good choice to use throughout the day when you need to stay productive

Distillation Process:
The oil of bergamot mint is distilled from the leaves. Since it sounds like Bergamot Mint not to confuse it with bergamot fruit. Bergamot mint is the variety of mentha or mint which smells like bergamot. After they are harvested in November-December, the leaves are put into a steam distillation machine and the oil distilled.
