IN PERSON
In person trainings are tangible experiences where you met + learn at the studio space. They are designed for those who prefer to learn in person and can get to the space for class.
ONLINE
Online trainings are offered live via zoom and ideal for those who prefer to learn from the comfort of their own home or on the go. Trainings can also be done in a hybrid fashion both online + in person.

CURRICULUM
This is a multi-faceted mastership of Energy Work + Reiki certification program that allows the students to be certified in Reiki + Energy Work Level 3 or both Reiki + Energy Work Level 3 + 4 for a discounted rate in a faster time period.
Students can enroll in the dual certification program or just the Level 3 program. The commitment is 8 hours a month of learning, giving and receiving Reiki + Energy work from anywhere from 8 to 14 months.
Level 3 Certification: The Reiki & Energy Work Facilitator Level 3 Certification course expands + refines the student’s knowledge and interaction with Reiki + Energy Medicine in a deep way. It is a mastership program that includes 75 hours of dedicated study which leads to a certificate of Mastership of Level 3 deeming the student a “Reiki Master.” The course is comprised of understanding different types of energy medicine and ways to use Reiki through different learning modules. These learning modules are offered on a monthly basis. The student must complete 8 modules of energy including 4 hours of Master Level Reiki course work + 4 hours per module of practicum. Practicum includes interning working hands on with giving Reiki to others. The student must complete this work in a maximum of one year's time period but is a total of 8 months of work, 8 hours a month.
Level 4 Certification: This is a specialized program preparing the graduate to lead, assist, mentor and train others in Reiki + Energy Work Trainings Levels 1-4. After the students completed 8 of the modules of energy work + Reiki they then can move on to learn how to create their own Reiki + Energy Work certification programs through writing their own curriculum and leading their own trainings. This includes 6 more modules of energy work + internship experience for a minimum of 8 hours a month.
Prerequisite
Reiki + Energy Work Level 3 enrollees must have a Reiki Level 1 + 2 certification from an accredited school
The Reiki + Energy Work Level 4 cannot be taken without being certified in Reiki + Energy Work Level 3 through Yoga With Shawna.

LEVEL 3 PROGRAM
This specialized program prepares the graduate for proficiency at the Mastership level through understanding various modules of Energy Work + Advanced Reiki knowledge. Each month, one of the above mentioned energy modules will be taught + experienced. The student will spend the month focused on one specific energy subject and learn how to use this specific type of energy healing in combination with the skills the student already has in Reiki + Energy work to facilitate sessions for the self and for others.
It is like adding another “tool” in the energy worker’s toolbox. The goal is to teach the student the various ways to tend to his/her/their energy body and to help others and their energy healing through being able to provide a variety of services. The course leaves you with a multitude of skills and vast knowledge of various energy working tools to provide complete and one of a kind healings that work powerfully.
Level 3 focuses on learning these skills, receiving their healing benefits and practicing them on others.

LEVEL 4 PROGRAM
Level 4 steps into a mentorship program in which the student now focuses teaching the information to others as opposed to providing healing sessions for others. It prepares the student to lead, assist, mentor and train others in Reiki + Energy Work Trainings Levels 1-4. Students will assist in Level 1, 2, and 3 trainings; plan, create and lead energy + Reiki workshops, clinics or special classes, and write their own training and manual. Graduation will include leading their own Level 1, 2, or 3 program.Specifics include:
ASSISTING IN ENERGY + REIKI LEARNING MODULES: 25 HOURS
The student will assist in attending as an assistant the 6 modules of energy + Master Level Reiki course work offered to Level 3 students.
MENTORSHIP: 25 HOURS
The student will mentor a Level 1, 2, or 3 Energy + Reiki student to help assist the student's understanding and proficiency in doing energy work and Reiki.
PLAN + LEAD A LEVEL 1 or 2 ENERGY AND/OR REIKI FACILITATOR COURSE: 25 HOURS
May use the curriculum of YWS or write their own. Money raised from this training will go to Reiki education scholarships.
