COURSE DESCRIPTION
This three-day immersive breathwork coursework is highly comprehensive and transformative as you will experience and learn various breathing exercises taken from various healing schools dating as far back as 5,000 years old along with new age breath practices. Along with this, we will cover:
*the science of breath
*mudras associated with breath
*plant medicine for breath
*sound healing with breath
You will get a few "breath presents": tangible gifts that will aid you in creating and upkeeping a healthy breathwork routine of your own.
