What's Included: all the yoga, meditation and holistic health classes,  hot springs excursion, most meals, drinks + snacks (healthy, local warming and organic), Chinese Restaurant Xmas dinner, 1 private one-on-one session with Shawna during the retreat (yoga, Reiki, essential oils or a combo of these modules), stay at our cabinand all amenities like hot tub,  fireplace, etc n our once in a lifetime Alaska adventure .
What's not: travel/transportation costs to/from and throughout Alaska (there will be rideshare options and airport pick ups available once entering Alaska); extra services(like snowmobiling, massage, ice fishing, dog sledding, etc but we will help you set up these things), dinner at the hot springs, lunch on day 2, optional Pollyanna gift (you will get a gift if you provide a gift, $20 or less)
