Studies have proven that 30 minutes of an infrared sauna has some of the same benefits of a strenuous 30 minute workout. 

Sessions are available every day from 6:00 am-10:00 PM. The entire session is 45 minutes, with 30 minutes maximum at maximum temperature. Sessions are private (unless you request to bring a friend). They are self check in.   Please bring your own towel.

Researchers equated the physical response of an infrared sauna session to walking at a moderate pace. Chromotherapy, color therapy, has a long history and research has proven it to improve  treat physical, energetic, emotional   and mental health by creating subtle changes in our moods and biology. What time are sauna sessions available? 

Sessions can be booked every day from 6:00 am-10:00 pm. 


What will a session look like?

Sessions are self check in.  After you book online + secure your time, you will be given a code for the door. This code expires after your session. You will access the sauna by putting in the code in the door.  Your session is for 45 minutes total (including c  warm up time). You are encouraged to sit for anywhere from 15-30 minutes of infrared time at the max temperature you desire. You will set the timer for the desired amount of time. You can adjust the temperature + color therapy as you wish. 

What should I wear?

You can wear a bathing suit or comfortable loose fitting clothes. There is no a changing area or bathroom so please wear what you would like to experience your sauana in. 

What should I bring?

 Please bring a towel to sit on + a towel to use for sweat.  The sauna hooks up to your phone for music via bluetooth so bring a playlist if you'd like to use music. You can bring anything else to help you relax. 


Please do not spray any perfumes or strong scents in the sauna  to be mindful of all who use it. 

Are saunas privates?

Sauna sessions are private unless you request to book with a friend or loved ones. The sauna fits 2 people. 

Do I need to preregister or can I just show up?

You must preregister + book a specific time: walk ins are not allowed and you have to sign up online ahead of time to reserve your spot.

What is the parking situation like?

We have a parking lot right in front of the studio. 

Is this purchase nonrefundable?

Sorry, there are no refunds + sales are nontransferable. 

Will there be a staff member there?
